True Source offers both Standard Ground and Expedited Shipping via FedEx®.

Standard Shipping:

Your purchase is very important to us. It is our pleasure to offer Standard Ground Shipping via UPS anywhere within the 48 contiguous United States. After your order is submitted, we begin preparing the product for delivery. Estimated Standard Delivery is 4 to 7 days after your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary based on your location, the time in which the order was placed, weather conditions, and various other factors.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and US territories:

True Source does not currently ship products to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO. However, our products are available globally. Please contact our Customer Care to learn more.

International Shipping:

True Source does not currently ship products internationally. However, our products are available globally. Please contact our Customer Care to learn more.

Repair and/or Replacement:

We spend hours perfecting our products to make sure that there are no issues. Even so, we understand that mistakes happen. Please inspect your product immediately upon arrival. REPAIR AND/OR REPLACEMENT, AS PROVIDED UNDER WARRANTY, IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER.
