LIMITED WARRANTY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Wynberg LLC warrants to the original
residential end user purchaser in the United States that their new Wynberg product (including any
accessories) will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of
purchase or date of delivery (whichever occurs later). Product information and manuals can be found on
our Support Portal.

END USER PURCHASERS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO PROMPTLY REVIEW THE PRODUCT
UPON RECEIPT AND REPORT ANY DAMAGED OR MISSING PARTS TO WYNBERG LLC WITHIN 14
DAYS OF PURCHASE.

This warranty DOES NOT COVER the following:
1. Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:
• Acts of God; accident; misuse (including using the wrong power supply); abuse;
negligence; alteration; improper installation, maintenance, or operation; failure to follow the
instructions contained in Wynberg owner’s manual.
• Any damage attributable to the shipment of the product. (Claims must be presented to the
carrier).
• Repair or attempted repair inconsistent with Wynberg’s instructions.
2. Damage due to modification or attempted modification.
3. Normal wear and tear.
4. Periodic maintenance.
5. Any damage to the product resulting from use of the product for industrial or commercial purposes
(including rental).
6. Customer installation, set up adjustments, or signal reception problems.
7. Used or previously-owned product.
Because Wynberg LLC cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty
applies only to products that were purchased from Wynberg LLC or an Wynberg LLC authorized seller in
the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Wynberg LLC reserves the right to reject warranty
claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. This
warranty is non-transferable.

Warranty Claim Process:
Need Help or want to make a warranty claim? Fill out our Contact Form to contact one of our support staff
members in North America or write to us at ATTN: Warranty Department; 1703 N. 13th St. Rogers AR
72756. Make sure that you specify the 'Reason for Support' to ensure your request is directed to the
correct team member. You will be required to furnish proof of purchase and delivery demonstrating when
and where you purchased your product. You may also be asked to provide photographs of your product or
mail your product to Wynberg LLC. If you are asked to mail the product to Wynberg LLC, we will provide
you a prepaid shipping label, but you are responsible for boxing the product and placing it with the carrier.
Please note that we must receive your product prior to shipping you a replacement.
You can expect to receive a response from our team within 24-48 business hours from the time of
submission. During holiday seasons, responses may be delayed due to an influx of inquiries. Please note
that we will respond as soon as possible.
Remedies Under This Warranty:
Wynberg LLC will replace a defective product or product part that is covered by this warranty.

Disclaimers:
There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT
MAY BE APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF
THIS WARRANTY. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the
above limitation may not apply to you.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WYNBERG LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL,
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES BASED UPON BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, BREACH
OF CONTRACT, OR STRICT LIABILITY. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental
or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
